Refund Policy

At Adssan, we are committed to providing professional IT, website development, application development, SEO, digital marketing, and other technology services. Due to the nature of our services and the resources allocated to each project, payments made to Adssan are generally non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards our services, including advance payments, project payments, service fees, subscription fees, and other charges, are non-refundable once the service or project has been confirmed or work has commenced.

By making payment and confirming an order or project, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. SEO and Digital Marketing Services

SEO, Google Business Profile management, social media marketing, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, content marketing, and other digital marketing services require continuous planning, research, execution, monitoring, and resources.

If a client decides that they are no longer interested in continuing the service, they may discontinue the service for future periods by informing Adssan. However, payments already made for the current service period are not refundable, regardless of whether the client chooses to continue using the service or not.

SEO and digital marketing results may also depend on search engines, advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, algorithms, and other external factors. Therefore, payment is for the professional services provided and does not constitute a guarantee of a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or sales result.

3. Website and Application Development

For website, web application, mobile application, software development, and customized development projects, payments are made against project planning, design, development, resources, technical work, and other project activities.

Once development work has started, the amount paid towards the project is non-refundable, even if the client subsequently decides to discontinue, cancel, postpone, or stop the project.

If the client requests cancellation after work has commenced, Adssan may provide the completed work or available project deliverables according to the applicable project stage and agreed terms.

4. Project Cancellation

A client may request to discontinue a project or service. However, discontinuation does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Any outstanding payment for work already completed or committed may remain payable according to the quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement.

5. Source Code and Backup

Source code backup, project backup, database backup, deployment package, and related technical backup are not included in the standard quotation unless specifically mentioned.

If the client requires a complete source-code backup, database backup, project files, deployment package, or other technical backup, it may be provided at an additional cost, depending on the project and technical requirements.

The applicable backup/source-code charges will be communicated separately where required.

6. Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party services, platforms, software, hosting, domains, advertising platforms, APIs, licenses, plugins, subscriptions, or other external services are subject to the respective third-party provider's terms and are generally non-refundable through Adssan.

7. Client Approval and Responsibility

Before making payment, clients are responsible for reviewing the quotation, scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and applicable conditions.

Payment or project confirmation indicates the client's acceptance of the agreed scope and applicable terms.

8. Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund Policy will be considered solely at the discretion of Adssan and must be confirmed by Adssan in writing.

An exception granted in one case does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in any future case.

9. Agreement to the Policy

By purchasing or engaging Adssan for any service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Adssan reserves the right to update this Refund Policy when necessary.
